Another beautiful beach view, kind regards and a little mouse glued near my name. This time from Germany.

Another beautiful beach view, kind regards and a little mouse glued near my name. This time from Germany.

The weather is so fine now and I feel lazy, so I’m a little behind with not only my postcard posts but also with my conference presentation and the dissertation paper. Ah, these spring-summer-ish days .
Anyway, this is the Pakmeng Beach, Trang, from south of Thailand. The stamp is also showing this beautiful place.

She gave up love long time ago.
Love makes her weak, love steals her joy of living, love even drives her mad.
And watching her you truly end up believing that there are even more ways to loose your sanity and love is the worse of all. And without cure.
She can live better without love. Her eyes burn, her hair fades in heartbeats and tears and all her being just blooms when sadness kisses her.
All her beauty lies in solitude and darkness. Love steals away her freedom.
Love means living through another, feeling what he’s feeling when she doesn’t want to feel anything.
Being loveless gives her the opportunity to be her own master. Master of destruction. Master of reinventing herself.
Every night she wonders:
“Why do we need someone else to feel complete?”
“Isn’t enough beauty around us to admire and to be fond of? Why do we have to give up ourselves to somebody else besides ourselves? “
“Love’s the funeral of hearts. You’ll always end up brokenhearted.”
Love gave up on her long time ago.
After receiving my bookmark I went through etsy to see what other tibetan silver bookmarks (some also called shepard style) are available.
This is just a selection of what I found. Hope you enjoy.

This is the postcard that I got from Biba.

With all the heavy rain and my failed shopping attempt I was extremely happy today.
I finally got my fancy bookmark from Afterforever and it’s actually much more beautiful than showed in the pic.
It has a vintage look and reminds me of a fin de siecle private library with gentlemen enjoying their newspapers while drinking coffee and ladies discussing and having a cup of tea. Ah …
And the make-up goodies from Biba arrived too. Everything was extremely well wrapped and it took me a while to discover the content of each little package.
I don’t even know what to say about what I got from her; it was and it still is way beyond my expectations. I think fabulous might be the right word.
Besides the things that I told her I would like (neutrals and nudes), she took me out of my box with some amazing nail-polishes in “bold” colors.

From left to right I got:
* Red Cherry from Milani (now I understand why Biba loves that shade and I’m going to try it tomorrow),
* S-he stylezone in 430 quick dry and 204 aqua shine,
* Essence multi-dimension,
* a mini Essie Lilacism from the Art of Spring collection and ….
* la piece de resistance a mini OPI “Off with her red!” from the Alice in Wonderland collection.
* and then I got a Cute as Hell lipgloss from Essence which is hell-isimo and tasty and
* my first mineral eyeshodows: from Sweetscents a Blackstar Red and a Moonstone Purple (amazing color) and a little one in Vanilla from Pure Luxe.
Oh and she also sent me a sample of Givenchy Ange ou Demon eau de parfum along with … nothing less and nothing more than a postcard from Slovenia which I’ll be posting tomorrow in all of its beauty since now I don’t have natural light to photograph it properly.
Thank you very much Biba for the gift; I’m very grateful for all these little beauties.
Handmade postcard from Malaysia.

I haven’t had an “etsy day” in so long. I have to catch up with all these beautiful wonders you can find there. So I thought some silver tone colors would be appropriate. It’s not very spring-ish but it can go with a bunch of things from my wardrobe. The steampunk gothic cuff is amazing and one of my favorites although I’m only a gothic girl inside and not really on the outside.
These days I’m waiting for a package from Biba. She loved some of my earrings and since I don’t ship internationally yet, we decided to make some sort of swap. I don’t really know what she got for me and I’m very excited to find out.
Also I ordered a very nice bookmark from Afterforever to match every single one of my books and I’m waiting for this one in the mail too.

* Martin – fost prezentator de stiri care s-a culcat cu o pustoaica de 15 ani si 250 de zile si a ajuns sa-si duca de rapa atat familia cat si cariera;
* Maureen – o femeie de 50 de ani ce are grija de baiatul ei, un adolescent handicapat in stare vegetativa, si care de 19 ani incoace are aceeasi rutina;
* Jess – o adolescenta rebela cu limbaj colorat si ceva probleme de interactiune cu “iubitul” ei Chaz;
* J.J. – un rocker american care a ajuns la Londra in cautarea succesului si a sfarsit ca livrator de pizza.
