Finland always surprising
Cards from Finland are always a nice surprise, they always show me something worthwhile going to see with my own eyes. And I truly hope I’ll get there someday soon. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying these:
Finland – Turku Abo
Eva sent me this lovely card from her home town, the oldest city in Finland, capital of the country until 1827, Turku. The cathedral is their oldest church dating from the 1286-1300.
Kerimaki – Finland
This is Kerimaki in Finland, obviously, and it’s the largest wooden church in the world.
